Reliance Jio customers may now utilise the company’s chatbot to use WhatsApp to conduct online recharges. Earlier this week, the business introduced the functionality on its official Twitter account. Here’s how to use WhatsApp to recharge your Jio phone.

Recharge Your Jio Number Using JioCare WhatsApp Chatbot

The JioCare chatbot can help you with international roaming, Jio SIM recharge, mobile number portability, and support for Jio SIM, JioFiber, and JioMart. Sending a message to the official JioCare WhatsApp chatbot is all it takes to get going.

    1. +91 70007 70007 is the JioCare chatbot’s official WhatsApp number. You can also use this link to get straight to the chatbot. Send a Hello, and you’ll receive an automated response. Next, select Jio SIM Recharge from the reply’s Main Menu and press the Send button.

    2. Select Jio Mobile Recharge from the pop-up menu and wait for the following menu to display. If your WhatsApp number is a Jio number, select View All Plans from the pop-up menu before pressing Send. If not, select Recharge for Friend and enter your Jio number in the subsequent field.

    3. The popular plans and their perks will now be sent to you by the JioCare chatbot. You can choose one of those plans or touch on Explore plans to view all of the plans that are offered. Please be aware that clicking the Explore plans option will direct you to Jio’s website, where you may finish the rest of the recharge procedure. If you’d like to recharge one of the well-liked plans, send the relevant number and click Recharge now.

    5. To complete the payment, the chatbot will now direct you to Jio’s website. To finalise the recharge, tap on Recharge Now once again and pay with your favourite UPI app or selected payment method.

    Jio Freedom Recharge Plans

At this time, I also want to let you know about the most recent Jio Freedom recharge options offered by the business. These prepaid recharge plans start at just Rs 127 and include features like daily data caps-free internet access, unlimited phone calling, and more.

The high-end Rs. 2,397 recharge pack offers 365GB of data and 365-day validity in contrast to the new Rs. 127 recharge pack’s 12GB of data and 15-day validity. All of these new Jio Freedom recharge plans are available here for your viewing:

Try Jio WhatsApp ChatBot to Recharge Jio Number

The WhatsApp chatbot for Jio is accessible in both Hindi and English. You can switch the language right away if Hindi is your favourite language. Check out WhatsApp’s IFCN Fact-Checking chatbot for battling disinformation and the Indian Government’s WhatsApp chatbot for Coronavirus updates if you frequently use chatbots.
