iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4 Finally Reaching All Users; See What’s New!

iOS 15.4 has finally begun rolling out to the general public after spending some time in beta. This comes after Apple confirmed its coming this week at its Spring presentation last week. The business is also releasing watchOS 8.5, tvOS 15.4, macOS 12.3, and iPadOS 15.4 in addition to iOS 15.4. Here are some examples of the new features that are offered.

    iOS 15.4: What s New?

In the latest iOS 15.4 update, you may now unlock your iPhone even if you’re wearing a mask. Given that using Face ID when the face mask is on is a nuisance, this is the most requested feature. The feature is an addition to the previously mentioned capability of using an Apple Watch to unlock an iPhone.

One thing to keep in mind is that as of right now, this function is only accessible on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series.

Then there is the option to Tap and Pay, which turns the iPhone into a contactless payment terminal and eliminates the requirement for additional hardware. As a result, customers will be able to pay companies using Apple Pay, NFC, and other methods.

Additionally, iOS 15.4 adds 37 new emojis, including a smiling face, happy tears, and more. Additionally, there are additional skin tone possibilities for the Handshake emoji. A new gender-neutral voice is available for Siri.

Other updates include automating shortcuts, adding keychain passwords to Notes, and starting SharePlay sessions straight from supported apps.

    iPadOS 15.4: What s New?

The majority of the iOS 15.4 features are present in the iPadOS 15.4 release. The much-awaited Universal Control feature, which is also included in the macOS 12.3 release, is among the latest updates. Users will be able to manage their Macs and iPads using the same keyboard, mouse, and other input devices thanks to this functionality, which was first revealed at WWDC 2021. Support for the brand-new DualSense adaptable trigger is also included.

Several bugs will also be fixed in the 15.4 releases for iPadOS and iOS.

How to Get iOS 15.4/ iPadOS 15.4 Update?

Users are now receiving the iPadOS 15.4 and iOS 15.4 updates. Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update to download it. When you get there, all you have to do is download and instal the update; a short while later, it will be available!

Please let us know if you decide to instal the new iOS or iPadOS 15.4 upgrades and share your opinions in the comments section below.
