In order to increase interaction on its fashion and accessory marketplace, Myntra has introduced a customer loyalty programme called Myntra Insider, following the example of its parent company, Flipkart.
Flipkart recently debuted its Flipkart Plus programme, which rewards customers for their purchases. Myntra, however, aims to differentiate apart by creating a platform that is unique in that it is engagement-driven. In fact, there is a very low spending requirement to begin earning points, and you may do so with as little as 10.
Insider differs significantly from Amazon Prime as well, so your money might be well spent. Today marks the launch of Myntra Insider, which is prepared for use and rather distinctive in the Indian internet scene.
Gamified Experience
Along with awarding users points, Myntra’s platform incorporates gamification features. Everything you do can earn you points, including visiting specific pages, browsing products, adding items to your wishlist and shopping cart, and making a purchase. It’s not just about spending money. In contrast to Amazon Prime, Myntra Insider is free to join. The benefits are available to any registered user who purchases from Myntra.
Privileges and Perks
You may get benefits like early access to sales, priority customer support, makeover sessions, free shipping for the first 30 days, and much more as a Myntra Insider member by earning 1 point for every 10 spent. Through BigBasket, BookMyShow, Zomato Gold, Hotstar, and MakeMyTripas, you also have access to discounts and benefits for dining out, travel, entertainment, and more.
Icons and Elite Insiders
Ananth Narayanan, the CEO of Myntra and Jabong, stated that the firm aims to develop Icons through Insider, which is Myntra-speak for local influencers. Users on the platform have the chance to level up (much as you would in a game) and receive royal treatment. You may also be chosen to appear in Myntra’s own fashion photo shoots, which sounds like a fantastic chance.
The business brags about its perks. Privileges. Pride. Myntra Insider sounds far more enticing than Flipkart Plus, which offers 1 Plus Coin for every 250 spent and requires 50 coins to sign up, in the sneak preview that is currently available on the app.
Will Myntra Insiders Succeed?
As digital services and businesses seek to enhance user activity on their platform in the hopes of translating it into higher sales, loyalty programmes are the flavour of the moment. By the end of the year, the platform hopes to garner at least 10 million members for Insider, which presently boasts 20 million active monthly users.
