For subscribers in India, Jio has launched the entertainment bonanza postpaid plans, which have a monthly starting price of Rs 399. These plans are available to both new and current users and include a number of advantages, including zero entry fee. Here are all the specifics.
New JioFiber Postpaid Plans Detailed
For customers of fibre, Jio has released six new postpaid options. The Internet Box (Gateway Router) and the Set-Top Box are free with all plans, thus there are no out-of-pocket expenses for the subscribers. Additionally, the installation will be free.
There is a Rs 399 subscription that provides limitless 30 Mbps internet speed, but this is only for internet use. As part of the Entertainment plan, users can pay Rs 100 extra to gain access to 6 OTT apps, and Rs 200 extra to gain access to 14 OTT apps as part of the Entertainment Plus plan. It will now cost Rs 499 and Rs 599, respectively, for the plans. 100Mbps data is available with only internet for Rs 699. The Entertainment and Entertainment Plus plans are available under the Rs 799 and Rs 899 plans, respectively.
In comparison to the Rs 1,499 plan, which offers 300Mbps speed and both Amazon Prime and Netflix (Basic plan), the Rs 999 plan offers 150Mbps speed and access to Amazon Prime in addition to other OTT apps. Users may access Amazon Prime and Netflix (Standard plan) and receive 500Mbps of speed with the Rs 2,499 plan, and they can receive 1000Mbps of speed with the Rs 3,999 plan (Premium plan).
Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Sonyliv, Voot, Sunnxt, Discovery+, Hoichoi, ALTBalaji, Eros Now, Lionsgate, ShemarooMe, Universal+, Voot Kids, and JioCinema are among the 14 OTT applications you get with these services.
Starting on April 22, these new JioFiber postpaid plans will be available. Prepaid users will need to switch to postpaid before making a purchase, however current postpaid users can just choose the plan of their choice and pay the rental to acquire it. New users only need to choose the chosen Entertainment plan, pay for it, and schedule a time to pick it up.
