Pete Lau, the founder and CEO of the firm, said on Thursday that the next OnePlus 7T will have substantially faster charging speeds than the OnePlus 7 Pro. Users will be able to charge their phones 23 percent more quickly than before thanks to a new technology called Warp Charge 30T. According to Lau in an interview with TechRadar, the Warp Charge 30T provides the finest charging solution for practical use. Even when the phone is in use, you may charge it at 23% faster rates.
He added that the business took its time introducing the technology because it didn’t want to hurry into the market with a product that wasn’t ready and wanted to make sure it was safe and effective before making it available for purchase. He said, “We’re not going to introduce something just to be the first.” We took our time to perfect and iterate, testing along the way, until we were able to produce something that we could be pleased to provide to our fans.
Fortunately, users will be able to charge the future phone using the Warp Charge 30 charging brick from the OnePlus 7 Pro. It has a 30W fast-charging capability that produces 6 Amps at 5 Volts. Warp Charge 30T, in contrast to existing charging technologies that rely on high voltage, is able to rapidly charge without overheating, allowing phone users to play games even as their devices are being charged, he claimed.
Sadly, though, the OnePlus 7T will not come with wireless charging, despite repeated requests from some OnePlus users. The technology won’t be included in Lau’s next phone, though, for a variety of reasons. He claims that wireless charging is presently unable to provide the quick experience we find comfortable adding to our devices.
