The first volume of the fourth season of Netflix’s wildly famous web series Stranger Things has been released. To maintain the buzz, the OTT platform teamed up with Reddit to create four unique profile avatars based on some of the web series’ most recognisable characters. Reddit Releases Stranger Things-Themes Profile Avatars
Reddit recently took to Twitter to announce four customizable profile avatars that are based on characters of the web series in partnership with Netflix. These are limited edition avatars that are now live on Reddit. You can check out the tweet attached right below.
There are just four avatars, if we talk about them. These include Hopper, the Demogorgon, Scoops Ahoy Steve, and Eleven. Additionally, if you are a fan of Stranger Things, you will be able to identify the avatars right away because they all have character-specific clothing.
For instance, Jim Hopper is standing in his Hawkins Chief of the Police outfit, while the Eleven avatar is dressed in her pink dress and denim jacket from season 1. The Demogorgon’s flower-like head makes it easy to identify. While Steve Harrington’s iconic Scoops Ahoy attire from season 3 is worn by the Scoops Ahoy Steve avatar.
Now, an intriguing feature of these new avatars is that Redditors can select an avatar and select specific dressing components from them rather than completely changing the appearance of the avatars on their profile pages. The ability to create new avatars utilising the clothes and accessories of the new Stranger Things avatars is now available. For instance, in the screenshots below, you may see Jim Hopper sporting Eleven’s outfit and Steve’s Ahoy-cap or Eleven sporting a Demogorgon helmet.
